Who We Are
The legacy of Alfonso Property Management began in 1958, when Carl D. Alfonso, a Gulfport native and local businessman, began a real estate sales career. After distinguishing himself as a sales associate and manager, Carl founded Alfonso Realty with his wife, Tommye. They were joined by their daughter, Carlene, who procured the company upon their retirement and was soon joined in the family business by Walter Ketchings, a successful commercial broker from Natchez, Mississippi and Carlene's husband.
